At the Game Developers Conference 2014 in San Francisco, Sony revealed Project Morpheus, the Japanese electronics giant's highly-anticipated entry into virtual reality hardware that is expected to become part of the PlayStation gaming empire. The prototype features a 1080p display with a 90 degree field of view, built-in accelerometers and gyroscopes, and 3D sound technology that creates stereoscopic sound which changes in real-time with the movement of your head.
