Audi has unveiled the 2014 RS7 Sportback on the floor of the 2013 Detroit Auto Show with a staggering set of performance specifications. Zero - 60 run in less than 4 seconds and it pack 560 hp, 553 lb-ft of torque thanks to a twin-turbo 4.0 V8 TFSI engine that will push top speed of 155 mph in the standard package, but can be optioned with the dynamic package that'll have you screaming all the way to 189 mph.
